ABC also offers hands on training for new and existing appraisal companies. This hands on training involves everything from creating your company, running the company, obtaining appraisal orders, scheduling, inspections, researching information, report completion, etc. When you have completed our training course you will be able to start and run your own appraisal business. This is especially designed for new appraisers needing experience hours to move to the next appraisal level. This training includes set up for ABC to sign as the "Supervisory Appraiser" for the required two years (2,500 hours) needed to move to the next level of appraisal licensing. We offer this service in three states, Colorado, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

APPRAISAL BUSINESS CORPORATION is a company owned and managed by Hugh C. Casper. Hugh Casper has been involved in appraising residential property for over 30 years and has been the President and CEO of several appraisal businesses. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Minnesota and was a teacher, high school and college basketball coach prior to becoming a Certified Real Property Appraiser. He has had this certification as a real property appraisal since the licensing process was first created.
